Work Requirements


  • High school diploma

  • BlackJack school certification is required

  • Must have knowledge of general BlackJack rules in order to appropriately apply those rules during BlackJack Games

  • No prior dealing experience is required

  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate State Occupational License

  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours

  • Proven customer skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal & written form

  • Must have a keen attention to detail & the ability to correct mistakes

  • Must be able to work a flexable schedule to include nights, weekends & holidays

Discription of Duties


  • Deals Blackjack games in accordance with department policies and procedures

  • Opens & closes assigned BlackJack games

  • Monitors & maintains the elements of the game to ensure intergrity

  • Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, & provides positive professional guest interactions

  • Advises BlackJack Supervisor of any customer service issues

  • Answers questions concerning the BlackJack game rules, promotions & casino policies

  • Provides excellent customer service to all guests

  • All other duties assigned
